Parker + Lynch corporate history

A legacy built on alignment

For more than 25 years, Parker + Lynch has been aligning executive talent with leading companies throughout the United States. Along the way, we’ve continued to grow, evolve and re-align ourselves in order to meet the changing needs of job seekers and businesses.

Here’s how we’ve done it

1992: Parker + Lynch was officially incorporated in California and quickly established itself as the go-to firm for top accounting and finance talent and career opportunities.

1997: Accustaff, a leading nationwide staffing firm, acquired Parker + Lynch. Accustaff soon changed its name to MPS Group, which also owned Accounting Principals.

2004: Parker + Lynch merged with Accounting Solutions, one of the largest and most trusted accounting and finance staffing experts in the country.

2006: Parker + Lynch, along with our sister company Accounting Principals, purchased the Minnesota-based Pacioli Companies. We also purchased Garelli Wong & Associates and Jackson Wabash, accounting and finance agencies operating in Chicago.

2010: Parker + Lynch and our parent company, MPS Group, become part of Adecco Group, a global 500 company and the leading HR solutions company in the world. As part of this acquisition, Parker + Lynch, Accounting Principals and Ajilon Finance pooled their accounting and finance staffing expertise to create one dynamic company. By joining forces, Parker + Lynch is able to offer the best qualities of a large firm with the unique benefits of a specialized boutique agency. Together we have the resources, systems, networks and reach to deliver superior client services with greater flexibility.

2013: Parker + Lynch acquired Davidson Technical Staffing, a company with more than 10 years of experience serving AM Law 200 firms and the legal community. The new Parker + Lynch Legal Technology specializes in aligning legal tech talent with law firms and legal departments.

2015: Parker + Lynch expands from accounting, finance and legal technology staffing to executive staffing across all businesses and industries. As part of this shift, we invest in new processes, resources and talent that enable us to remain a leader in staffing—and become the leader in executive recruiting.
