John Marshall serves as president of Ajilon Professional Staffing, Accounting Principals, Parker + Lynch and Special Counsel. Prior to taking on his role as president, John was a senior vice president of the former MPS Group, with responsibility for its North American accounting and finance and legal staffing business. John joined MPS as a practicing attorney and eventually became responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities matters, MIS, purchasing, real estate, and benefits administration. Mr. Marshall began his legal career with King & Spalding in Atlanta, one of the nation's premier law firms. John also served as chief legal officer for AT&T American Transtech. He holds degrees in economics and political science from the University of Georgia, is an honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and a member of the Georgia Bar.

Trent Beekman

Trent Beekman is the senior vice president of Parker + Lynch. He oversees 25 markets and hundreds of accounts in Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Minnesota. He also serves as the national executive responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics that expand our search and permanent placement business across the country.

Trent has been with Parker + Lynch since 2002 and has extensive and diverse experience in the staffing industry, having held a variety of leadership positions with our company and others. He has a proven track record of success supporting businesses and leading winning teams, and he has been recognized with awards for his contributions to our company and his clients many times.

Trent holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Terri Williams

Terri leads our Southeast zone including locations in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee and is the executive sponsor for our national direct hire business. In addition, Terri leads our nationally recognized court reporting company, Alderson Reporting. Terri joined the company in 1996 in Charlotte and during her tenure has been instrumental in operations, marketing, training and mentoring/on boarding of new colleagues.

Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Terri spent seven years in the Midwest as a human resources staffing manager, primarily in the airline industry. Terri went on to become a labor/employment litigator and practiced in Cleveland and Toledo, Ohio until 1996. She graduated from Montana State University - Bozeman with a Bachelor of Science in business management and from William Mitchell College of Law with a J.D. in law.

As vice president of Parker + Lynch, Doug Greene Jr. is responsible for providing operational leadership, setting strategic direction and growing sales related to executive search throughout the country. He also oversees the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of all Parker + Lynch executive recruiters across the United States.

Doug has been with Parker + Lynch since 1998 and has held multiple leadership positions throughout his 21 year career in the staffing industry. He has been the recipient of numerous industry and company awards. Doug holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kansas State University.

Amanda Ellis is the Vice President of Search for Parker + Lynch. Amanda plans, designs and implements all direct hire training, development, integration and mentoring programs for all of Parker + Lynch. Prior to her current role, Amanda worked as an Attorney Search Director for Parker + Lynch. Additionally, Amanda also established her own search firm where she placed direct hire attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments.

Prior to entering the legal recruiting field, Amanda practiced in the area of commercial bankruptcy law in Massachusetts and Texas. Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Centenary College of Louisiana. Amanda obtained her J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

Nichole Badger is the Direct Hire Division Director in the Philadelphia office of Parker + Lynch. In this role, Nichole recruits and places top-level attorneys at law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the Delaware Valley.

Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Nichole practiced corporate law with one of New Jersey's largest law firms for five years and then went on to found a boutique entertainment law practice. With an in-depth understanding of law firm management and the needs of corporate in-house legal departments, Nichole excels in positioning both attorneys and expanding legal groups for long-term success.

Nichole graduated with a dual degree, J.D./MBA, from Rutgers School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College.

Nondas Davis, Esq.

Nondas Davis is a Regional Search Director for Parker + Lynch. In her role, Nondas directly supports Parker + Lynch’s Vice President of Search in the training, mentoring and developing of Attorney Search Directors across various markets, including Atlanta, Washington, D.C. and New York City. Nondas partners with the Executive Directors of Parker + Lynch's branches to ensure their Attorney Search Directors are as successful as possible.

Nondas is a native Floridian and a graduate of Florida State University and Florida State College of Law. After graduation, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. Nondas was an Attorney Search Director with Parker + Lynch for thirteen years. Nondas worked in the Charlotte market for a number of years, placing attorneys and paralegals into positions with law firms and corporations across North and South Carolina. In 2006, Nondas returned to South Florida and handled direct hire attorney placement for law firms and corporate legal departments all over the state of Florida.

Having lived in Jacksonville, South Florida, and Tampa, Nondas is familiar with the nuances of the various Florida markets. Nondas is also well versed in the staffing of attorney document review projects and contract attorneys throughout Central and North Florida. Nondas is a frequent speaker and author on topics such as corporate counsel compensation, resume and interview tips, and social media.

Nicholas (Nick) Grimm is an Attorney Search Director for the Pittsburgh office of Parker + Lynch. Nick currently focuses on placing talented attorneys into full-time positions with law firms and corporations in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Nick worked primarily in the real estate industry. He started a successful real estate settlement company representing buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Nick also provided in-house counsel to a large leasing corporation, in addition to advising on contract formation, lease negotiation and collection matters.

Nick obtained his J.D. from Barry University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.

Jesse P. Hyde is an Attorney Search Director in the Chicago office of Parker + Lynch. Jesse recruits and places top-level attorneys at law firms and corporate legal departments.

Jesse is responsible for placing attorneys in a broad range of practice areas, including corporate and securities, banking and finance, intellectual property, real estate, healthcare, labor and employment, tax, commercial litigation, trust and estates and many others.

Jesse received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (Dean’s List) and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school, Jesse was a member of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Team and a judicial extern for the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Jesse was a commercial litigation attorney with a midsize law firm in Chicago.

Sharon A. McLaughlin, Esq. is a Regional Search Director with Parker + Lynch in Houston, Texas. In her current role, she trains and advises internal Attorney Search Directors on the permanent placement of attorneys in in-house corporate legal departments. She focuses on training, strategizing, coaching, developing and implementing solutions for Parker + Lynch’s Attorney Search Directors nationally to provide the company’s clients the best attorney search experience and results on the market.

Sharon has more than nine years of legal recruiting experience placing associate and partner-level attorneys with law firms and in-house corporate legal departments throughout the country. Prior to transitioning into legal recruiting, she was an attorney in private practice and specialized in business and employment-based immigration law in Texas and California.

Sharon is admitted to the State Bar of Texas as well as the State Bar of California. She received her B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in 1992, and her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1996.

Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Kirsten practiced healthcare law in-house at one of the nation's largest non-profit healthcare organizations. She then went on to co-found and operate an online start-up company.

As the Division Director for Parker + Lynch's offices in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, Brian R. Weyhrich recruits and places top-level attorneys with leading law firms and companies throughout the area and across the U.S. Brian handles attorney placements in a broad range of practice areas.

As a former practicing commercial litigation attorney, Brian has personal experience with commercial contract disputes, antitrust claims, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, covenants not to compete, financial services litigation and fraud actions. He leverages his hands-on experience to produce superior matches between legal candidates and the clients he serves.

Max Bartram is a Parker + Lynch Division Director, focusing on attorney placements in Southern California. Before joining Parker + Lynch, Max was an Associate with K&L Gates for four years. He also spent one year as a Recruiter with Robert Half Legal. He has legal expertise in real estate, corporate, litigation, tax and finance. Prior to becoming an attorney, Max spent one year living in Brazil, where he taught English to lawyers and business people.

Max received his LLB in Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a member of the UK Law Society and is a non-practicing solicitor of the Supreme Courts of England and Wales.

Brenna Nass is an Attorney Search Director with Parker + Lynch in Irvine, CA. She started her legal career at a law firm with a primary focus on civil litigation, including professional liability and insurance defense. Brenna then joined Parker + Lynch in 2013 as an Attorney Placement Director, before becoming an Attorney Search Director in May 2014. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Orange County Women Lawyers Association.

Brenna received her Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2009. She then earned her Juris Doctor at the university’s Hastings College of the Law in 2012.

Erin is an Attorney Search Director with Parker + Lynch Legal. In her position, she recruits and places top level attorneys with leading law firms and companies. She focuses on the state of Texas, but does cover the entire United States. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Erin worked in-house for a major company in the insurance industry.

Erin is licensed in the State of Texas, involved in local bar associations and on the board for both the Dallas Women Lawyers Association and Dallas Lean In—a community where professional women network and share ideas. Erin received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Washington University in St. Louis. While in law school, Erin served as Women in Law President and Student Bar Association President.

Jennifer Clifton is an Attorney Search Director for the Texas division of Parker + Lynch. Jennifer specializes in full-time attorney placements with in-house legal departments and firms throughout the state of Texas and surrounding states. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Jennifer practiced in the field of trusts and estates for five years. She practiced with an estate planning boutique and worked for the trust department of a large corporation. Prior to law school, she worked in the IP litigation department for an AmLaw 100 firm.

Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. While in law school, Jennifer headed the Dallas Kids Project, sat on the organization’s Board of Advocates and mentored younger law students. She is licensed in both Texas and Colorado.

At Parker + Lynch, Sarah Breen focuses on recruiting elite attorneys nationwide to place them with top law firms and corporations in the Carolinas and Georgia. Sarah’s clients include large AmLaw firms and regional law firms, as well as publicly and privately traded companies and global corporations.

Before joining Parker + Lynch, Sarah practiced white collar litigation for a boutique firm in Charlotte, managed the Southeast recruiting efforts for another national staffing agency, and worked in law school professional development. She is originally from Louisiana but has been living in the Carolinas for over 10 years and earned her JD from Wake Forest University in 2007.

Chris Soderlund is Parker + Lynch’s regional permanent placement director. Operating out of our office in Woodland Hills, California, Chris oversees the recruitment activities of more than 40 executive recruiters across 25 branch locations in California, Nevada, Arizona and Georgia. He’s also responsible for hiring, training and developing the executive recruiting team in these states.

Chris has more than 15 years experience aligning senior and executive-level professionals with great companies, primarily in the accounting and finance industry. Before joining Parker + Lynch, Chris worked as a financial analyst for more than four years, and he leverages his hands-on experience to make superior matches between candidates and businesses every day.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resources from California State University, Northridge.

Steven Gash

Steven Gash is Parker + Lynch's regional permanent placement director. Based in Denver, Steven works in a training, advisory and operational oversight capacity supporting our direct-hire service offerings in branches across the United States. He works closely with national, regional and local leadership teams to drive keystone organizational principles and implement new initiatives and strategies related to the achievement of regional, branch and individual goals.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Steven began his staffing career more than 17 years ago in the banking and brokerage arena on Wall Street in New York City. In 1998, he was recruited by a Fortune 500 specialized staffing and consulting firm. Steven went on to work in a number of different capacities in New York City and Denver over the course of his 15 year tenure with the organization before transitioning into his current role with Parker + Lynch.

Todd Weneck

Todd Weneck, regional permanent placement director for Parker + Lynch, spearheads the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of executive recruiters throughout the central portion of the United States. In addition, he advises various levels of local management on operational best practices and facilitates national training programs at Parker + Lynch’s North American headquarters. Based in Kansas City, his territory consists of offices in Kansas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas and Tennessee.

Todd started his recruiting career with Accounting Principals, our sister company, as a staffing manager. He subsequently spent more than five years with a large international finance and accounting recruiting firm as a division director before joining Parker + Lynch in 2012 in his current capacity.

Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

Shawn Santos

Shawn Santos has been with the company since 1998 and started as a Staffing Manager for 2 years before joining the permanent placement team as an Executive Recruiter. In 2005 he became the first Division Leader in New Jersey overseeing the permanent placement team in Edison NJ. The following year, became the Area Perm Director for all of the offices in New Jersey and by 2009 became the Regional Search Director and oversaw the Executive Recruiters in NJ, NYC, Long Island and by 2015, also oversees the offices in Boston and the greater Philadelphia area.

Shawn Santos specializes in the recruitment, training, mentoring and coaching of all Executive Recruiters for the region.

Kellie Koscher

Kellie Koscher is an Attorney Search Director in the Boston office of Parker + Lynch Legal. Kellie earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles. As a former NCAA recruited athlete for UCLA’S Rowing Team, Kellie brings her tenacity and enthusiasm to every task she sets to accomplish. Kellie is also a licensed real estate broker.

Prior to joining Parker + Lynch Legal, Kellie worked for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Kellie is actively committed to using her legal skills to better serve the community, including voluntarily writing grants for Operation Homefront to assist our U.S. military troops and their families. In her free time, she enjoys boating, running, and photography.

Ashley Lawson Williams, Esq.

Ashley Lawson Williams is an Attorney Search Director for the DC office of Parker + Lynch. Ashley currently focuses on placing top-level attorneys into full-time positions with law firms and corporations in the DC and surrounding markets. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Ashley worked as a civil litigator with WV and DC area law firms, where she focused her practice on consumer finance, creditors’ right and debt collection.

Ashley received her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. While in law school, Ashley was a member of the West Virginia Law Review.
