John Marshall serves as president of Ajilon Professional Staffing, Accounting Principals, Parker + Lynch and Special Counsel. Prior to taking on his role as president, John was a senior vice president of the former MPS Group, with responsibility for its North American accounting and finance and legal staffing business. John joined MPS as a practicing attorney and eventually became responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities matters, MIS, purchasing, real estate, and benefits administration. Mr. Marshall began his legal career with King & Spalding in Atlanta, one of the nation's premier law firms. John also served as chief legal officer for AT&T American Transtech. He holds degrees in economics and political science from the University of Georgia, is an honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and a member of the Georgia Bar.

Trent Beekman is the senior vice president of Parker + Lynch. He oversees 25 markets and hundreds of accounts in Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Minnesota. He also serves as the national executive responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics that expand our search and permanent placement business across the country.

Trent has been with Parker + Lynch since 2002 and has extensive and diverse experience in the staffing industry, having held a variety of leadership positions with our company and others. He has a proven track record of success supporting businesses and leading winning teams, and he has been recognized with awards for his contributions to our company and his clients many times.

Trent holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.

As vice president of Parker + Lynch, Doug Greene Jr. is responsible for providing operational leadership, setting strategic direction and growing sales related to executive search throughout the country. He also oversees the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of all Parker + Lynch executive recruiters across the United States.

Doug has been with Parker + Lynch since 1998 and has held multiple leadership positions throughout his 21 year career in the staffing industry. He has been the recipient of numerous industry and company awards. Doug holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kansas State University.

Chris Soderlund

Chris Soderland is Parker + Lynch’s regional permanent placement director. Operating out of our office in Woodland Hills, California, Chris oversees the recruitment activities of more than 40 executive recruiters across 25 branch locations in California, Nevada, Arizona and Georgia. He’s also responsible for hiring, training and developing the executive recruiting team in these states.

Chris has more than 15 years experience aligning senior and executive-level professionals with great companies, primarily in the accounting and finance industry. Before joining Parker + Lynch, Chris worked as a financial analyst for more than four years, and he leverages his hands-on experience to make superior matches between candidates and businesses every day.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resources from California State University, Northridge.

Steven Gash

Steven Gash is Parker + Lynch's regional permanent placement director. Based in Denver, Steven works in a training, advisory and operational oversight capacity supporting our direct-hire service offerings in branches across the United States. He works closely with national, regional and local leadership teams to drive keystone organizational principles and implement new initiatives and strategies related to the achievement of regional, branch and individual goals.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Steven began his staffing career more than 17 years ago in the banking and brokerage arena on Wall Street in New York City. In 1998, he was recruited by a Fortune 500 specialized staffing and consulting firm. Steven went on to work in a number of different capacities in New York City and Denver over the course of his 15 year tenure with the organization before transitioning into his current role with Parker + Lynch.

Todd Weneck

Todd Weneck, regional permanent placement director for Parker + Lynch, spearheads the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of executive recruiters throughout the central portion of the United States. In addition, he advises various levels of local management on operational best practices and facilitates national training programs at Parker + Lynch’s North American headquarters. Based in Kansas City, his territory consists of offices in Kansas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas and Tennessee.

Todd started his recruiting career with Accounting Principals, our sister company, as a staffing manager. He subsequently spent more than five years with a large international finance and accounting recruiting firm as a division director before joining Parker + Lynch in 2012 in his current capacity.

Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

Kevin Poindexter

Kevin Poindexter is Parker + Lynch’s regional permanent placement director overseeing our southeast zone. Kevin is responsible for hiring, training and mentoring executive recruiters within his territory. He also actively recruits and places high-level accounting and finance experts, including controllers and CFOs. He works with candidates and hiring authorities to ensure that all parties are able to gather the information they need to make sound decisions.

A long-standing member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Kevin started his recruiting career in 1998 and has held numerous leadership positions with Parker + Lynch and our sister company, Accounting Principals. Before joining our organization, Kevin led the corporate recruiting functions for marketing, corporate real estate, corporate finance and database analytics for a leading national bank.

Kevin earned his master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from Appalachian State University. He has lived in North Carolina for more than 15 years but refuses to lose his New Orleans roots.
