As a result of our professional backgrounds, we are able to understand our clients and candidates needs and provide consultative knowledge of the Richmond job market. Our internal team members have Big 4 and regional public accounting experience, CPA certifications, and multiple years of professional accounting and finance, financial recruiting and consulting experience. Several of our team members are graduates of local universities including University of Richmond, Virginia Tech, James Madison University, Hampden-Sydney College and Mary Washington College.
