David Alexander is president of Adecco Group North America's finance, office, and healthcare divisions, which include the leading brands Accounting Principals, Parker &s; Lynch, Ajilon Professional Staffing, Paladin and Soliant Health. After leading the company’s healthcare divisions for 13 years, Alexander’s role expanded in October, 2015, to include executive leadership of Adecco Group’s finance and office brands.
Alexander began his career in healthcare staffing in 1992 when he founded Atlanta-based Elite Medical. Elite found a niche by providing traveling and contract healthcare professionals to medical facilities throughout the country. By 2002 he led the company to number 218 on Inc. Magazine's list of 500 fastest growing companies in the country. Later that year, Alexander sold Elite to MPS Group as its platform into the healthcare industry. Elite Medical was subsequently re-branded as Soliant Health.
Alexander is the past president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services and served on the board of the Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences. He holds a BBA and MS in strategic management from Georgia State University where he was recognized by the school's Robinson College of Business as one of the Outstanding Young Alumni.

Trent Beekman is senior vice president of the accounting, legal and office specialty brands at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Trent is responsible for the East region and Perm Pillar, which includes the development and implementation of strategies and tactics that increase our search and permanent placement business across the country. In addition to ensuring that our search and permanent placement services are well positioned from a marketing and delivery perspective, he is also responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to maximize the mutually advantageous relationships between our search and perm business and our contract staffing teams. Trent also oversees Parker + Lynch Consulting.
Trent has been with the company since 2002. He has gained diverse experiences and held multiple positions throughout his career in the staffing industry, with proven expertise in growing sales and leading large profitable territories. Trent has been recognized for his success by winning the 2002 Rookie of the Year award and 2007 Top Area Manager Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Amanda Ellis is the Vice President of Search for Parker + Lynch. Amanda plans, designs and implements all direct hire training, development, integration and mentoring programs for all of Parker + Lynch. Prior to her current role, Amanda worked as an Attorney Search Director for Parker + Lynch. Additionally, Amanda also established her own search firm where she placed direct hire attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments.
Prior to entering the legal recruiting field, Amanda practiced in the area of commercial bankruptcy law in Massachusetts and Texas. Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Centenary College of Louisiana. Amanda obtained her J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

Sharon McLaughlin is a former practicing attorney admitted in Texas and California. Her primary areas of focus were employment-based and business immigration law, and she practiced law in both San Diego and Houston for many years. Sharon transitioned into the permanent placement and recruiting of attorneys at the end of 2004, and began placing attorneys in law firms and in-house legal departments of companies throughout the U.S.
Sharon joined Parker + Lynch, Special Counsel's Attorney Search Division, as a Regional Search Director in January 2014. In this role, she trained and advised internal Attorney Search Directors on the permanent placement of attorneys in law firms and in-house corporate legal departments. Her role primarily focused on training, strategizing, coaching, developing and implementing solutions for Parker + Lynch Legal's Attorney Search Directors nationally to provide clients with elite recruiting services. She held this role for 3 years before she transitioned into her current role as Division Director in Houston.
As Division Director in Houston, Sharon is focusing on building the Parker + Lynch Legal team and brand in Houston. She hires, trains and manages a team of top notch recruiters who place attorneys in permanent positions in law firms and corporations in the Houston area. She also actively recruits and places attorneys in permanent positions in law firms and corporations in Houston.
Sharon also maintains a blog focused on in-house attorney matters at and has written articles and presented at events for the Association for Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Nondas Davis, Esq.
Regional Search Director
Nondas Davis is a Regional Search Director for Parker + Lynch. In her role, Nondas directly supports Parker + Lynch’s Vice President of Search in the training, mentoring and developing of Attorney Search Directors across various markets in the Southeast and Midwest. Nondas partners with the Executive Directors of Parker + Lynch's branches to ensure their Attorney Search Directors are as successful as possible.
Nondas is a native Floridian and a graduate of Florida State University and Florida State College of Law. After graduation, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. Nondas was an Attorney Search Director with Parker + Lynch for thirteen years. Nondas worked in the Charlotte market for a number of years, placing attorneys and paralegals into positions with law firms and corporations across North and South Carolina. In 2006, Nondas returned to South Florida and handled direct hire attorney placement for law firms and corporate legal departments all over the state of Florida.
Having lived in Jacksonville, South Florida, and Tampa, Nondas is familiar with the nuances of the various Florida markets. Nondas is also well versed in the staffing of attorney document review projects and contract attorneys throughout Central and North Florida. Nondas is a frequent speaker and author on topics such as corporate counsel compensation, resume and interview tips, and social media.

Chris Soderlund is Parker + Lynch’s regional permanent placement director. Operating out of our office in Woodland Hills, California, Chris oversees the recruitment activities of more than 40 executive recruiters across 25 branch locations in California, Nevada, Arizona and Georgia. He’s also responsible for hiring, training and developing the executive recruiting team in these states.
Chris has more than 15 years experience aligning senior and executive-level professionals with great companies, primarily in the accounting and finance industry. Before joining Parker + Lynch, Chris worked as a financial analyst for more than four years, and he leverages his hands-on experience to make superior matches between candidates and businesses every day.
Chris holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resources from California State University, Northridge.
Steven Gash is Parker + Lynch's regional permanent placement director. Based in Denver, Steven works in a training, advisory and operational oversight capacity supporting our direct-hire service offerings in branches across the United States. He works closely with national, regional and local leadership teams to drive keystone organizational principles and implement new initiatives and strategies related to the achievement of regional, branch and individual goals.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Steven began his staffing career more than 17 years ago in the banking and brokerage arena on Wall Street in New York City. In 1998, he was recruited by a Fortune 500 specialized staffing and consulting firm. Steven went on to work in a number of different capacities in New York City and Denver over the course of his 15 year tenure with the organization before transitioning into his current role with Parker + Lynch.
Todd Weneck, regional permanent placement director for Parker + Lynch, spearheads the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of executive recruiters throughout the central portion of the United States. In addition, he advises various levels of local management on operational best practices and facilitates national training programs at Parker + Lynch’s North American headquarters. Based in Kansas City, his territory consists of offices in Kansas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas and Tennessee.
Todd started his recruiting career with Accounting Principals, our sister company, as a staffing manager. He subsequently spent more than five years with a large international finance and accounting recruiting firm as a division director before joining Parker + Lynch in 2012 in his current capacity.
Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

Shawn Santos has been with the company since 1998 and started as a Staffing Manager for 2 years before joining the permanent placement team as an Executive Recruiter. In 2005 he became the first Division Leader in New Jersey overseeing the permanent placement team in Edison NJ. The following year, became the Area Perm Director for all of the offices in New Jersey and by 2009 became the Regional Search Director and oversaw the Executive Recruiters in NJ, NYC, Long Island and by 2015, also oversees the offices in Boston and the greater Philadelphia area.

Since 2003 Steven has been a leader who has built and managed search teams focused on local, national and international contingent and retained search efforts. Areas of specialization include the disciplines of finance and accounting, engineering and information technology, serving clients that include Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies. His expertise includes business development, search, training, budgeting, planning and strategy. Steven holds a BS degree in Finance and a BS degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
