Jennifer Fitzgeorge is an Attorney Search Director in the Fort Lauderdale office of Parker + Lynch Legal. She specializes in placing elite attorneys in permanent positions at law firms and corporate legal departments throughout South Florida. She focuses on a variety of practice areas including but not limited to corporate, commercial real estate, trust and estate, commercial litigation, and intellectual property.
Jenn obtained her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2011 and Bachelor of Arts from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2005. After law school, Jenn served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Bernadette N. De Castro. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch Legal, Jenn worked at the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, FL and previously practiced at a midsize firm in Philadelphia, PA. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Andrea Mohr is an Attorney Search Director for the Nashville office of Parker + Lynch Legal. She specializes in recruiting and placing exceptional attorneys into full-time positions with law firms and corporations throughout Tennessee. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch Legal, Andrea practiced criminal defense and general civil litigation with a respected law firm in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Marisa Simmons is an Attorney Search Director in the Atlanta office of Parker + Lynch. Marisa focuses on recruiting excellent attorneys nationwide and placing them with top law firms and corporations throughout Georgia and Alabama. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Marisa was a bankruptcy attorney with two local boutiques. Jennifer Kohl is a Regional Search Director for Parker + Lynch Legal, the Attorney Search Division of Special Counsel. Jennifer directly supports Parker + Lynch’s Vice President of Search in the training, mentoring and developing of Attorney Search Directors across various markets in the West and Midwest regions.
Jennifer has experience placing top tier attorneys with law firms and in-house legal departments in California and Texas. Jason Ball is an Attorney Search Director for the Michigan office of Special Counsel. Jennifer Clifton is an Attorney Search Director for the Texas division of Parker + Lynch. Jennifer specializes in full-time attorney placements with in-house legal departments and firms throughout the state of Texas and surrounding states. Prior to joining Parker + Lynch, Jennifer practiced in the field of trusts and estates for five years. Before joining Parker + Lynch, Sarah practiced white collar litigation for a boutique firm in Charlotte, managed the Southeast recruiting efforts for another national staffing agency, and worked in law school professional development. She is originally from Louisiana and spent over 10 years in the Carolinas before moving to Florida. She earned her JD from Wake Forest University in 2007.

Kellie earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her Bachelor's degree from University of California, Los Angeles. Kristen Verrastro is an Attorney Search Director in San Francisco, where she is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. Kristen focuses on placing attorneys with law firms and corporations in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Oakland, the East Bay, Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, and the respective surrounding areas.
Prior to her career transition to legal recruitment, Kristen was an attorney in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s San Francisco office. During law school, Kristen was a judicial intern in the Chambers of Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kristen also completed two full-time internships with the Office of the City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco. Outside of work, Kristen is a meditation practitioner and teacher. Sharon McLaughlin is a former practicing attorney admitted in Texas and California. Her primary areas of focus were employment-based and business immigration law, and she practiced law in both San Diego and Houston for many years. Sharon transitioned into the permanent placement and recruiting of attorneys at the end of 2004, and began placing attorneys in law firms and in-house legal departments of companies throughout the U.S.
Sharon joined Parker + Lynch, Special Counsel's Attorney Search Division, as a Regional Search Director in January 2014. In this role, she trained and advised internal Attorney Search Directors on the permanent placement of attorneys in law firms and in-house corporate legal departments. Her role primarily focused on training, strategizing, coaching, developing and implementing solutions for Parker + Lynch Legal's Attorney Search Directors nationally to provide clients with elite recruiting services. She held this role for 3 years before she transitioned into her current role as Division Director in Houston.
As Division Director in Houston, Sharon is focusing on building the Parker + Lynch Legal team and brand in Houston. She hires, trains and manages a team of top notch recruiters who place attorneys in permanent positions in law firms and corporations in the Houston area. She also actively recruits and places attorneys in permanent positions in law firms and corporations in Houston.
