I have a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with multiple clients in the brewery industry! This company is an award-winning organization that is in the downtown area. This position will manage a small team while being a hands-on type of leader for the team. Job Functions –

  • General accounting related functions for multiple clients of various size and revenue
  • General Ledger preparation, cash flow, financial statement review/analysis, financial reporting, month/year-end activities, tax related projects, budgets and forecasting activities along with other various accounting related areas.
  • Interact with clients to prepare, answer and advice on various accounting related areas
  • Client meetings and presentations
  • Business development
  • System updates and maintenance on client data and info
  • Supervise, train and manage a smaller team of accounting professionals
  • Other accounting and managerial related duties as needed
  • Qualifications –

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or 7+ years of full-cycle accounting – recent experience a must!
  • Recent managerial or supervisory experience
  • CPA is a plus
  • Brewery Industry experience
  • Experience working with multiple clients and a multiple set of books
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Advanced QuickBooks Online – ProAdvisor Certification or ability to obtain the certificate
  • Advanced Excel and other MS Office systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Some travel required but not much
