Parker + Lynch is look for an Accounting Specialist to join our clients growing team. As the Accounting Specialist, you will responsible for ecommerce, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Overtime may be required depending on the demand of the departmental priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize multiple online platforms to:
  • Summarize sales, commission, and refund activity
  • Review bank activity and post receipts
  • Review customer setup documents
  • Customer invoices, in Sage Intacct and Paypal
  • Process payments from clients
  • Accounts Receivable collection calls and correspondence
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Coordinate with Logistics and vendors to acquire outstanding invoices
  •

  • Multi-tasking professional with the ability to be flexible working in a rapid and unpredictable environment
  • Must be organized and exceptional at time management
  • Highly skilled at analytics, evaluating data, identifying variances, and resolving discrepancies
  • Consistently meet deadlines and produce high quality work with attention to detail
     
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting and high-volume Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
  • Solid Excel skills and 10-key by touch
  • Automated accounting system skills, Sage Intacct preferred
  • Invoice software experience, Bill.com preferred
