Parker + Lynch is currently conducting a search to assist one of it's long time clients in helping them find an Accounts Payable Lead.  The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of solid AP experience and be an outgoing individual with strong communication skills.

Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities include:

  • Process vendor payments according to weekly schedule.
  • Handle vendor phone calls regarding payments or discrepancies.
  • Process purchase order and general ledger invoices
  • Creates and analyzes weekly, monthly and quarterly Accounts Payable reports, to determine needs and designs actions to ensure optimal results.

The ideal Accounts Payable Lead will have:

  • 4 years of solid AP experience
  • Bachelors Degree or experience required
  • Advanced Excel knowledge including, but not limited to, V-Lookup and Pivot tables
