  • Through your team, manage a high volume of A/P transactions and payments for domestic vendors and foreign agents that are central to our business operations —including reconciling statements; managing payments; ensuring compliance with terms; managing cash effectively; and maintaining high service levels of timeliness and accuracy for internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify, drive, and successfully implement ongoing improvements that automate processes and streamline procedures, eliminating repetitive or manual steps and enhancing capacity and efficiency.
  • Maintain, adhere to, and enhance effective internal controls and accounting policies, including strict compliance with GAAP principles.
  • Oversee and direct A/P staff while promoting process efficiencies and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and reporting requirements. Hires, manages, motivates, coaches, and evaluates the performance of team members on an ongoing basis
  • 10 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • 5 years’ experience leading, managing, and developing A/P and general accounting teams
