Accounts Payable Supervisor

Parker+Lynch is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a direct hire position with a $2bn+, publicly traded distribution/construction company with over 8,000 employees.

Overview:

You will be responsible for directing and supervising a team of 5-6 AP Clerks. This is a high volume role which would oversee best practices and AP processes for the entire company.

 

You will work closely with leadership, participate in month/quarter/year end close as it relates to accounts payable, and review vendor contracts.

 

You will also review T&E reporting functions, ensure AP compliance, and maintain clear lines of communication between vendors and leadership.

 

Qualifications:

·        Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

·        5+ years’ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including supervisory experience

·        A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred

·        Experience with Epicor, Great Plains, BisTrack would be a plus.

·        Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with Excel

 

Salary: $70-85K

Location: Vineland, NJ
