Accounts Receivable Manager

Parker Lynch is conducting a search for an Accounts Receivable Manager for an established, growing consumer products company. This is a direct hire role with a stable and profitable organization in Princeton, NJ. This is a supervisory position and a key role within the organization.

A Day In The Life

This is a full charge role encompassing the AR cycle; collections, and overseeing cash applications along with knowledge of credit and billing cycle. You will supervise a staff of 4 employees.

You will review and analyze the daily status of all open accounts receivable regarding current or past due status. You will regularly interact with clients and supply copies of past due invoices and answer inquiries to ensure all billing is valid and correct.

You will be expected to oversee key accounts and manage Dispute Resolution with clients. You will oversee chargeback functions as well. 

Job Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills - highly detail oriented individual
  • 7-10+ years’ experience with accounts receivable, collections, credit analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is a plus or equitable background & experience
  • Experience dealing with big box retailers is required
  • Strong analytical skills and a functional knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • Location: Princeton, NJ

    Salary: $100,000-110,000/year
