AP Manager Job in Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities:

  • Review annual tax reporting of Form 1099 and Form 1042.
  • Assist with the monthly and quarterly close
  • Responds to vendor complaints and concerns to maintain good vendor relationships.
  • Provide the General Ledger unit the Accounts Payable Accrual journal entry for unposted invoices/PO/s each month-end.
  • Supervises a staff of 5
  • Provide staff training and perform staff annual evaluations
  • Oversee daily work, review and approve AP, field associate questions, and provide general managerial support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting preferred not required
  • Minimum 5 + years in an AP environment
  • Proficient in various Finance systems
