Parker+Lynch has partnered with a large, international technology company located in Woodland Hills, CA to hire an Accounts Payable Manager.

Overview:

The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the AP department, credit card reporting and driving system implementation and policy and process improvements. Position is a part of the leadership team reporting to the VP of Finance and oversees a 3-person AP team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procure-to-pay services - vendor management Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and invoice processing
  • Partner with Business Units, Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Purchasing departments on adhering to the Purchase to Pay process
  • Lead in cross functional process and system improvement initiatives in a strong Controls environment
  • Meet terms of Service Level Agreement
  • Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree
  • Experience - 5 years in accounting and accounts payable
  • Leadership - 3 years in a Supervising role mentoring and developing staff
  • Customer Service - interact with international vendors and 100+ internal employees
  • Software - large ERP experience (Oracle, SAP), Concur, Excel
