AR Coordinator 
Parker + Lynch is currently conducting a search for an AR Coordinator with a client located in Philadelphia,PA. This individual will be responsible for receiving cash payments and applying credit to customer accounts as well as making collection calls and following up on payments 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments
  • Investigate and resolve property manager queries
  • Maintain AR customer files
  • Post HAP and cell tower payments
  • Review of tenant adjustments for proper authorization and documentation 

Job Requirements 
 
  • 3+ years of AR experience 
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Yardi experience preferred 
  • Ability to handle high volume 
  • Excellent communication skills
