Parker + Lynch is currently conducting a search for an AR Manager. Our client is seeking an experienced AR Manager with five years of accounts receivable experience.


Essential Job Functions:


The Accounts Receivable Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and supporting the Accounts Receivable Department that manages accounts and communicates with clients. Prepares detailed reports as needed to assist management in cash and A/R reporting.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Manages Accounts Receivable Department operations; recruits, selects, orients, trains, coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff. Plans, monitors, appraises, and reviews staff job contributions. Implements cross functional training and succession planning as allowable.
  • Develops relationships with the Accounts Receivables Department and documents needs and organizational priorities.
  • Holds monthly (or as warranted) meetings with all levels of management to review revenue cycle data and address concerns.
  • Develops and implements policies, guidelines, and procedures. Ensures consistent department-wide implementation.
  • Monitors timeliness and effectiveness of department activities.

    Education/Experience Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.  
  • Five (5) years of accounts receivable experience. Accounts receivable experience. Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
