Primary Responsibilities:

•           Balancing tax files/sending files timely

•           Research tax credits available              

•           Investigate and resolve audit findings or inquiries as needed

•           Provide assistance with tax updates

•           Monitor and research current tax laws and regulations and advise on changes       

•           Identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvement

•           Reconcile payroll account

•           Cross train and oversee other payroll areas



•           8+ years payroll tax experience

•           Experience with multi-state and employee base 1,000+

•           System experience – PeopleSoft and ADP tax services

•           CPP (preferred)

•           Proven ability to collaborate with business partners

•           Strong proficiency in Excel

•           Adaptable to changing environment and pace
