Internal Audit Manager
A multi-billion-dollar construction company is looking to add an Internal Audit Manager to their team in Houston TX. The Audit Manager will work with project management conducting all operational audits. Qualified candidates must have 5 plus years of operational audit and construction industry experience. Essential Functions:
- Plan and organize audits with financial, operational and compliance audit projects.
- Review and determine the effectiveness of audit controls, accuracy of financial records and efficiency of operations management.
- Conducts interviews, review document, develops and administers surveys.
- Analyze risk assessments and review past audits
- Develop and implement audit tools
Qualifications:
- Strong construction industry and project controls experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of audit experience
- Project controls experience
