Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Parker + Lynch is seeking a qualified Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our client's team in Northern NJ. This is a permanent position requiring both light accounting and administrative experience.


Job duties include:

  • Prepare monthly client invoices accurately.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and cash daily.
  • Update weekly A/R report.
  • Prepare payables for approval.
  • General office support
  • Order supplies proactively and on request
  • Manage filing system
  • Coordinate calendars
  • Prepare expense reports

    Ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications / Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledgeable with Excel and Word.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
