Seeking an experienced CFO for our technology client on Indy's northside. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience, including background in the technology / SaaS industry and good mix of start-up, private equity and large company exposure with an entrepreneurial mindset. This position offers tremendous career growth opportunity, competitive compensation and an inviting culture!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as strategic business partner to senior executive leadership team
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to short and long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
  • Manage and assist with the month, quarter, and year-end close process
  • Research, develop, and implement new accounting standards as it relates to GAAP and industry compliance
  • Act as the point of contact for investor and banking relations
  • Coordinate with internal/external audits
  • Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
  • ?Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 15-20 years of related experience, including similar industry experience
  • Previous experience raising capital, both debt & equity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and financial troubleshooting skills
