Collections Manager

Parker + Lynch has partnered with exciting an technology organization looking to hire a full time AR Collections Manager. This position will manage the collections functions and lead process improvements. Our client is looking for a candidate with 5 plus years of related experience including management experience. The company is growing fast and is looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage AR Aging and prepare and distribute AR Aging reports with commentary related to past due receivables.
  • Implement changes to existing procedures
  • Maintain customer contact details.
  • Reconcile customer account discrepancies, billing issues and errors.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist the Billings team and research invoice submissions on billing sites
  • Perform general ledger account analysis and prepare reconciliations for accounts related to AR.
  • Assist with recording cash receipts from customer payments.
  • Perform a variety of special projects.
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 5 years progressive experience in similar role
  • Maintains same level of urgency for all aging
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Employment type: Full Time
