Compensation Analyst, Richmond, VA

Our clients are hiring for direct hire and contract Compensation Analyst jobs in Richmond, VA. You must have a minimum of one years' experience in Compensation Analytics. 
 
The Compensation Analyst job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain bonus incentive eligibility files by tracking promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • Generate compensation statements for incentive plan administration and also issue bonus target letters.
  • Evaluate employee performance reviews to ensure compliance and follow up with employees and managers as needed.
  • Conduct market analysis for all salaried compensation requests, to include benchmarking positions based on external markets
  • Maintain job descriptions and update job profiles in Workday.
  • Assist in documenting compensation processes for internal controls.
  • Integrity and confidentiality is key to success in this role
  •  Qualifications:

  • Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least one years' data analysis experience
  • Must have strong Excel (PowerBI is a preferred skill)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Schedule: full time, 40 hours/week

    Pay: $18+/hour depending on experience
