Parker+Lynch is helping a stable Portland company hire a Consolidations and Reporting Manager. This role will oversee the corporate team interms of Global Accounting. This job is remote for now, but will return to the office at some point.
Job Responsibilities
Consolidations and Eliminations for Global locations
Monthly Reporting to Senior Management and International parent company
Quarterly Reporting to the Board, Auditors, and Parent company
Consistent oversight of Accounting policy and standards
Budget and forecasting - 5 year strategic plan, annual budget, monthly forecast
Manage 2 experienced Senior Accountants
Participate in Systems upgrades
Qualifications
BS Degree in Accounting or related field. CPA preferred
7+ years of experience including direct management of Accounting/Finance staff
Strong knowledge of both IFRS and GAAP
Strong knowledge of Consolidations, preferably global including foreign currency
Very strong systems skills, including ERPs, EPMs, and Excel
Excellent communication
