Construction Accountant
Parker + Lynch is on the search for a Construction Accountant with 3 or more years of experience. This client is known in the construction space and is growing, hence the need to hire. The role will include tasks such as AIA billing, creating WIP reports, job costing and month-end closing procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of WIP reports
- Full-Cycle project accounting tasks
- Performing month-end close
- Job costing
- Preparation of financial statements
- AIA billing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
- 3 or more years of experience
- Construction industry experience
Skills:
- Strong desire to expand knowledge in field
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to operate in Microsoft Office
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
