Parker + Lynch is partnering with a fast-growing Government Contractor based out of Santa Fe to find a Contracts & Compliance Specialist. This long-term contract assignment will focus on researching federal acquisition requirements, DCAA regulations, and related compliance reporting. This role is fast-paced and will be a great fit for someone with a keen attention to detail. Company offers casual environment and an employee-focused culture. 

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
•    Manage contractual issues with business partners with a focus on customer service
•    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual DCAA required reports
•    Maintain GSA schedules as required for compliance and accuracy
•    Maintain databases that related to customers, business administration, and vendor contracts
•    Analyze and research regulatory requirements in order to propose solutions to contracting challenges 
•    Support proposal responses, narratives, and pricing files as needed
•    Collaborate with sales team to ensure compliance with GSA and DCAA requirements

Requirements Include:
•    Knowledge of GSA and DCAA contract requirements
•    Ability to work with ERP systems as well as Excel
