The Corporate Controller is responsible for the complete financial aspects of the business, preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and financial guidance. Responsibilities:

  • Managing all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, Payroll, GL, & cash flow
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring that receivables and payables are managed to maximize cash balances
  • Identifying and implementing monthly financial reports that support the accurate and relevant measurement of the business and targeted goal achievement
  • Developing financial strategy including risk mitigation plans & opportunity forecasting
  • Implementing operational performance reports to assist management and directors in business decision-making
  • Ensuring that the company is compliant with local, federal and state taxing authorities, while also making sure any non-compliant activity is corrected
  • Partnering with the department managers, providing monthly feedback on budget performance and associated corrective planning
  • Managing a timely year end process, ensuring that all considerations for an unqualified audit are taken and actioned prior to an audit
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial management; CPA preferred
  • Proficient in Great Plains and TMW software preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles & procedures
  • Brilliant Analytical skills & Advanced skills in Excel
  • A team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels
