Parker + Lynch is partnering with a large international client of ours for a Corporate Controller opportunity. As a key leader in the Company’s finance organization, the Corporate Controller is responsible for managing the Company’s Accounting and Internal Control functions. The Controller oversees general accounting and reporting, external and internal audit coordination, revenue accounting, accounts payable, expense report audit, internal financial systems, cash flow projections and reporting, balance sheet management and coordinates tax and treasury matters within the US HQ.  Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this highly skilled individual leads the Controllership organization and partners cross-functionally with leadership to ensure priorities are aligned with corporate objectives and appropriate financial controls.

Responsibilities Include:  

  • Lead month-end close activities, including multi-currency consolidation, completion and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Manage preparation and review of timely and complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and account analyses.
  • Management of fixed assets accounting system
  • Management of payroll accounting 
  • Management of cash accounting, including bank administration.
  • Internal controls documentation and compliance
  • Prepare footnote data and other information for the annual financial statements
  • Management of external audits
  • Management of acquisition accounting activity and integration of acquired companies
  • Manage disbursement function including accounts payable, p-cards, and expense reimbursement.

  • Bachelor's in Accounting (Required)
