Parker + Lynch has partnered with a global corporation based in the Triad area of NC in search of a Payroll Analyst. You may be the perfect candidate for this role if you are a team player with a minimum of 5 years multi-state payroll experience and can also assist with HR and benefits reporting and analysis. Corporate Payroll Analyst duties will include:

  • Oversees payroll processing for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly salaried employees
  • Coordinate year-end processing to include W-2; assist with other year-end payroll and benefit reporting requirements.
  • Assist as needed with payroll tax reporting and compliance.
  • Assist with special projects related to compensation, benefits and payroll.
  • Monitor and assist with FSA reporting and compliance.
  • Assist with required expatriate reporting and tax compliance.

Required Skills

  • Multi-state payroll processing.
  • Knowledgeable of time and attendance systems,
  • Knowledgeable of US payroll tax filing and regulations.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize and work across simultaneous projects and work responsibilities.

Qualifications desired:

  • 5+ years of proven payroll experience
  • Proficient in use of Kronos HRIS systems strongly preferred
  • Excel proficiency
