Payroll Analyst job duties will include:

  • Will be in charge of multi-state payroll processing for 2,000+ employee business unit
  • Perform all pay period payroll functions and related analysis, including new hires, terminations, promotions, time tracking, bonus payouts, etc.
  • Manage time and absence processing and analysis
  • Reconcile and fund employee and employer benefit contributions
  • Reconcile all payroll tax liabilities
  • Distribution of employee W2's
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system upgrades
  • Participate on project teams

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years multi-state payroll experience
  • Problem resolution experience
  • Strong systems aptitude. Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement
