Credit and Collections Manager – Montgomery County

Parker + Lynch is seeking exceptional candidates for a Credit and Collections Manager Job in Montgomery County, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in a high-volume collections experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the collection activities of the department, and you will also be expected to train the departments staff. The salary for this role is $110k + bonus, and a strong PTO package is also offered.


  • Oversee the collection activities of the department (team of 4) and assist staff in setting up collection plans for clients
  • Proactively Identify/ implement process improvements for the department
  • Communicate with collection agencies, attorneys, and other third parties to assist with collection efforts
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing clients that are of significant credit risks
  • Review clients financial statements to analyze credit worthiness
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of managing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume B2B collections environment
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements
  • SAP Experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required (Vlookup/Pivot Table)
  • Ability to proactively follow up with clients who have outstanding balances
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy
