Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Start off by training and understanding how our practice works through both a heuristic and knowledge-based learning approach (i.e.; Who are your customers, why is what your offering different, how do we help them with both their needs, and learn the practices / strategies / metrics that will bring you financial success while adding value to your customers).   
  • Learn the ropes of how to proactively contact, recruit and interview professionals in the accounting, finance, and tax professions.
  • Set up meetings with your customers to learn more about their goals and how you can assist.   
  • Offer multiple types of strategic plans for both sets of customers that will be recognized as value added and noticeably different amongst your direct competitors  
  • Design and Implement (through the help of your team) proven / successful marketing plans that will directly impact and bring value to both sets of customers.
  • Facilitate / manage the full cycle interview process for both your candidates and clients.
  • Assist both parties through the interview process including, helping them through the offer stage, negotiating, and assisting in the transitioning of career.
  • Initiate and carry out follow up plans with the customers you helped.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree
  • Entrepreneur spirit, drive, agility, eagerness / confidence in learning new: processes, techniques and proven methods that will directly impact your financial goals and success
  • Dedication and discipline to work in a sales / consulting driven industry
  • Eagerness to learn new processes that are proven to bring you strong success
  • Ability and desire to work in a team centric culture focused on helping each other succeed
  • Exceptional inter-personal communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Customer centric approach and mindset  
  • Ability to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize your daily / weekly responsibilities    
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability
