Parker + Lynch is currently seeking a Financial and Business Development for one of our rapidly growing client in the renewable natural gas industry. This role is a perfect for someone who has a strong background in Financial Analysis, has an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoys working with executive level clients and a has a passion for problem solving.  This is a permanent position with excellent benefits including 401K match, 100% paid insurance for employees, 3 weeks paid time off and a competitive salary + bonus structure. 

Primary Responsibilities for a Finance & Business Development Analyst Include:

  • Review and manage monthly and quarterly variance process and forecast updates
  • Develop and review detailed financial analysis and complex valuation models on potential acquisitions
  • Create and manage comprehensive 3 statement corporate forecast model
  • Assist in execution and due diligence for M&A and other business development opportunities.
  • Generate and draft summary materials for presentation to various constituencies, include the board of directors, executive leadership team, and potential transaction partners
  • Plan, attend, and lead meetings with a variety of project stakeholders; coordinating business development activities with functional groups
  • Evaluate and model potential M&A transactions and other development opportunities.
  • Review and analyze various forms of information to identify, verify and track new and existing opportunities.
  • Research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current events to provide relevant business insights.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • At least 2 years of investment banking, private equity or equivalent experience preferred
  • Understand valuation and how to evaluate acquisitions
  • Polished financial modeling skills (i.e. IS, BS and Cash Flow)
  • M&A and capital markets related experience is important
  • Excellent excel & PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Good communicator and ability to work with variety of people in organization (Executives, BD, operations, accounting)
