Parker+Lynch is partnering with a home health care and hospice group to grow their finance team in Oklahoma City with a Finance Manager. This is a new position created due to growth and upcoming projects and development. The Finance Manager will oversee a small team, work in partnership with a Controller, and report to the President. Primary responsibilities for the role include complex analysis, reporting and budgeting for multiple sites and departments. Candidate should have experience working with various budgets and  have prior industry experience in healthcare, specifically home hospice care. 

Requirements for the Finance Manager role:

  • Accounting or Finance Degree
  • 3+ years experience in a finance position
  • 2+ years relevant healthcare/hospice experience
  • Advanced Excel usage
