Parker+Lynch is conducting a direct hire search for a Finance Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona! We’re assisting our client in the technology/telecommunications space that’s reached over $1.4 billion in annual revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and grow a finance team, while also playing an integral part in being a strategic partner to help further grow the organization. You’ll report directly to the VP of FP&A and indirectly to the CFO, who are both excellent mentors and business partners.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field, along with 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably over a marketing and/or sales division.
Compensation is between $110-130k plus bonus, profit-sharing and excellent benefits.
This is blended work from home and on-site position.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop investment agenda necessary to optimize spend
Perform ROI and variance analysis and lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning initiatives
Work closely with call center managers to develop more effective KPI metrics based on current performance analysis
Drive process improvement and streamlining efforts centered around current business intelligence tools/systems
Build, develop and manage a team of 2-4 Financial Analysts
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field; MBA preferred
Over 5 years of progressive, corporate FP&A experience
Advanced Excel user, including macros and financial modeling
Experience using SQL, PowerBI, OneStream, Hyperion or similar
Ability to create new business processes and streamline current procedures
Demonstrated success working in ambiguous and changing environments
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and sharp presentation skills
