Summary of the Job Description

 

The Finance Manager is in charge of annual budgeting for both domestic and international companies, working closely with all internal teams. S/he oversees the implementation of each team's budget as well as the preparation of new supplementary budgets throughout the year in order to meet the Company's objectives. They are also in charge of financial analyses on regular/ad hoc basis, as well as the financial administration of multinational businesses. S/he is in charge of setting up KPIs for internal teams and providing financial KPI data to management for performance evaluation.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• The Finance Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is in charge of all financial functions.

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for refining and implementing strategic financial vision, as well as leading a team to sustained efficacy in all aspects of finance and accounting.

• Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the team

• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for financial purposes

• Manage the Finance Team to meet the team's expectations and adhere to deadlines as assigned

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards

• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

• Collaborate with other teams to manage the team's budget draw-ups as needed

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• 5+ years in a managerial capacity such as Director of Finance, Controller, or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial function such as Director of Finance, Controller, or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related subject

- Excellent financial modeling skills, including an aptitude for advanced MS Excel functions

• Proficiency in accounting software

• Strong organization and project management skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including comfort explaining complex financial matters in a simple manner and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere with a proven ability to balance many deadlines and responsibilities

• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and flexibility to accept a high degree of responsibility, multiple priorities, and changing environment.
