Parker + Lynch is working with a fast-growing, dynamic team looking for a Financial Analyst who will be a key business partner in forecasting, performance reporting and expense management. You will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management.


  • Empower effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
  • Operate with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
  • Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
  • Individual that enjoys a flexible work environment, experienced in handling vast amounts of information and managing expectations
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources
  • Authenticate routine Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting
  • Function next to senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
  • Execute and monitor forecasting reports
  • Study performance to date and examine potential risks and opportunities
  • Own monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required


  • Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Background in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly valued (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
  • BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookup, Macros)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
