Parker + Lynch is currently seeking a Financial Analyst with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job at a well-established Commercial Real Estate firm in Downtown Phoenix. This is a great permanent hire opportunity to work in a  highly visible, high growth role within a stable company.  The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of Financial Analysis experience within a Commercial Real Estate firm and have exposure to Argus software. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 years experience within Commercial Real Estate firm
  • Strong Communication
  • Duties: 

  • Work alongside various departments including Accounting, Engineering, and Operations. 
  • Effective communicator. Able to give presentations on reporting results and convey underlying meaning to upper management. 
  • High Attention to detail 
  • Drive process improvement to improve key margin and cash drivers.
  • Forecasting future cash-flows, budgeting future expenses, and perform variance analysis to adjust for future working capital needs. 
  • Ad-hoc projects as Manager of FP&A
