Parker+Lynch is working exclusively with a leading provider in asset management for the hospitality industry that is adding a new Financial Analyst to their team. They are a publicly traded company with a very impressive track record in lodging real estate managing several large funds. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and a general interest in the Real Estate and Hospitality Industry. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment and will have high visibility with executives.



Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct cash flow analysis, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and financial projections for key projects
  • Prepare accurate, detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the Asset Management team
  • Analyze key hotel metrics
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of the hotel and real estate industries
  • Prepare board materials for quarterly board meetings
  • Gather hotel property and market due diligence data
  • Implement strategies in conjunction with other teams
  • Communicate analysis insights to senior management
  • Perform other projects as assigned

    · This position is in the Office but they usually end early on Fridays!

    · They heavily promote within both the CFO and CEO started off as Analysts!

    · 10% Cash Bonus in March and 10% Equity Portion!


    Job Qualifications

    · Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative Field, (engineering, finance, economics, mathematics, etc.)

    · Proficiency working with complex Excel-based models

    · Ability to build high-quality, attractive PowerPoint presentations

    · Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
