Based on growth and transformation, we are looking for a number of Financial Analysts to join our collaborative and dynamic Finance teams in the offices of Arlington, VA.

You will be responsible for actively delivering significant, actionable analyses and recommendations to internal customers. In this role, you will influence business partners to drive decisions that will improve performance and help the business meet or exceed its objectives.

You will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment to get results. You will plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions. The role provides chances to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.

At this level, the analyst continues to develop his/her financial and technical skills, and interacts with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. The analyst exercises good judgment, stays focused on results, and ensures the integrity of financial reporting in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities will include:
 

  • Preparing monthly financial forecasts and reports
  • Development, maintenance, and ownership of key financial models
  • Collaboration with brand and functional finance teams 
  • Understanding key variance drivers and projecting impacts on financial forecasts
  • Providing decision support to finance team and senior management
  • Supporting business with accurate financial analysis
  • Providing Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:
 

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or other related major
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance
  • Ability to Influence business decisions with concrete financial support
  • Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
  • Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Demonstrate standard methodologies and strong business insight
  • Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
