Responsibilities:
• The Senior Analyst of Finance is responsible for providing analytical support for key requirements, operating planning and forecasting to management and other partners. The Senior Analyst assists with the creation of complex financial models, research and analyses of trends, leading indicators and business statistics. Utilizing the data infrastructure by extracting, aggregating, and dissecting financial data and performance metrics, the Senior Analyst highlights findings for management review. In addition, the Senior Analyst performs research and leverages internal and external data to provide input for business case development.

  

Business Analysis: Uses deep understanding of objectives, issues and root causes and provides insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems

  • Assists with the creation of financial models, research and analyses of trends, leading indicators and business statistics
  • Utilizes data infrastructure by extracting, aggregating, and dissecting financial data and performance metrics; highlights findings for management review
  •  

    Business Partnering: Partners with Key Stakeholders and Business Partners to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution. Constructively communicates compelling arguments based on facts and data, and obtains necessary buy-in to deliver on business objectives

  • Builds working relationships with business management and other partners in support of key priorities and objectives through complex analytics

    Strategic Planning and InitiativesSupports management to develop strategies and initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements. Executes on strategic initiatives such as M&A support, product launches, market entry, and process improvement efforts

  • Performs research and leverages internal and external data to provide input for business case development
  • Maintains an awareness of general economic, competitive, business and financial conditions

  • Requirements:
    •Bachelors degree in Finance 
    •MBA,preferred
    •5+ years  of financial analysis experience
    •Excellent presentation skills
    •Expert Excel skills, SQL skills highly preferred
    •Excellent communication skills are essential
