Are you an experienced Accounting Manager in Charlotte, NC with at least 5 years of public accounting experience looking for a new challenge? Parker and Lynch is seeking a skilled CPA candidate for a permanent position with an established client. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, international team and have the opportunity to build out the SEC process.


  • Responsible for the 20-F and interim financial report filing process with the SEC, working closely with external auditors
  • Create financial reporting processes to ensure SOX compliance
  • Provide solutions to the organization for accounting implications of complex transactions
  • Collaborate with investor relations to ensure correct presentation of materials for public release, such as earnings releases and scripts
  • Direct external auditors for external audit and accounting requirements
  • Maintain an effective internal control system to support SOX compliance
  • Implement an accounting policy guide to support the business in its application of IFRS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new initiatives
  • Responsible for adopting new accounting standards
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in an accounting role with SEC reporting
  • CPA required
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
  • Ability to identify process improvements and make recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changes that may arise, while working to meet deadlines
