Financial Reporting Manager duties will include the following:

  • Manage and lead a financial reporting team and processes
  •  Responsible for financial reporting across multiple lines of business and legal entities.
  • Work closely with external auditors
  • Research technical accounting issues and provide conclusions as transactions arise
  • Manage the preparation, review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements,
  • Designs, implements and maintains an effective financial reporting control environment.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise and leadership while implementing and analyzing accounting policies to support corporate goals and strategic objectives.
  • Manages the review and research of technical accounting and reporting issues as they arise, and document conclusions reached in accordance with relevant accounting literature.
  • Partner with key business areas to manage and/or lead special projects. Provides actionable and valuable information to enable decision-making
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Minimum Required)
  • CPA Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Demonstrates ability to successfully hire, retain, develop and coach staff 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
