Parker + Lynch has partnered with a global manufacturer in search of a Financial Reporting Manager.  You may be the perfect candidate for this role if you have a minimum of 5 years relevant reporting experience and are a self-starter with strong communication skills.  You will have the opportunity to interact with all levels of management.  Excellent benefits package is available. 

Financial Reporting Manager duties include:

  • Assist in the preparation of external reporting to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), including the 10-K and 10-Q’s with the primary focus on the financial statements and footnotes.
  • Assist in the preparation of Reports on Form 8-K as needed.
  • Keep current of on-going developments in SEC regulations and FASB codifications for application in the quarterly and annual reporting requirements  
  • Responsible for preparation or review of cash flow statement, earnings per share calculation, deferred compensation accounting, debt accounting, purchase price accounting, segment reporting, goodwill valuation and impairment testing
  • Assist in preparation of schedules for the monthly management report. Create and maintain extensive excel worksheets to support quarterly guarantor footnote disclosure
  • Completes special projects on request (includes acquisitions) and review of third-party valuation reports
  • Assists with testing of internal controls, as needed


  • BS in Accounting; MBA and/or CPA is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting and reporting experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Self-starter and big picture thinker
