 Key aspects of this role:

  • Develop and lead financial strategies and initiatives that help drive the company's revenue and profitability growth.
  • Oversee the financial close and reporting processes.
  • Perform financial analysis to support the requirements and needs of the senior leadership team.
  • Work closely with outside auditors to establish a partnership that ensures the company is fully compliant with US GAAP and standard accounting practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and timely so that senior leadership can make informed business decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred, not required
  • 10+ years of hands on accounting experience with at least four (4) years in a supervisory role
  • Healthcare industry experience required
  • Experience interacting and communicating with all levels in the organization including and delivering financial and strategic insights.
  • Exceptional managerial and leadership skills with the highest level of integrity.
