Parker + Lynch is currently seeking a Internal Audit Manager with 5 or more years of experience for a full-time role in the Scottsdale Area.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing company and help build it's internal audit function.  The ideal candidate will have retail industry exposure and at least 5 years of relevant experience.  


  • Lead/maintain SOX testing, standards, compliance
  • Plan and perform financial, SOX and operational audits
  • Perform detailed testing in assigned area for a range of specified financial areas including SOX, SOX Compliance
  • Assess risk areas and test internal controls
  • Identify gaps in control design, present key findings and assist in remediation plans
  • Assist in the preparation of annual audit plan
  • Assist with non-audit special projects including fraud investigation, proposing changes and/or improvements
  • Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in Financial Audit or public accounting
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Analytical problem solver
