Parker+Lynch is working on behalf of our client, a company in international development and government contracting, to find a talented International Tax Accountant to join their busy and growing team. 

As an International Tax Accountant, you will:

  • Assist the Company’s outside tax advisors in the preparation and filing of international tax returns
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of U.S. federal and state & local tax returns
  • Participate in international, federal and state & local tax audits
  • Coordinate tax matters on cross-functional initiatives with other departments, locations and business units to ensure proper compliance
  • Perform international, federal and state & local tax research
  • Assist in responding to all international and domestic tax notices
  • Participate in international, federal and state & local tax matters including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing calculations, tax planning and international office set-up
  • Assist the Manager, Domestic & International Taxes with the preparation of the Company’s quarterly an annual tax provision work papers in accordance with ASC 740
  • Participate in the preparation of international and domestic audited financial statements
  • Assist the Manager, Domestic & International Taxes with the Company’s expat program including working with outside tax preparers as well as assisting the Human Resource Department with tax related issues as they arise
  • Participate in special projects as required

  • To be qualified, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA and/or MST Degree preferred
  • International Tax experience
  • Must have knowledge of tax rules and regulations
  • Proficient with ASC 740 and experience preparing/reviewing tax provisions for multinational companies
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross functional team environment and be a strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels of corporate staff and management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
