Title: Investment Analyst/Financial Analyst

Base Salary - $80K-$90K + bonus

Keys to the role:

  • Job Costing – Construction or Real Estate
  • Revenue Forecasting
  • Real Estate industry experience is desirable – Straight out of public is fine as long as the person had REIT type of clients
  • Any sort of acquisition experience will be a plus
  • Yardi is a plus but not required
  • 3+ years of analysis/accounting experience
  • • Assist in all phases of the project acquisition and development timeline.
    • Conduct financial analyses including cash flow projections and valuation models.
    • Assist the Acquisitions and Development team with monthly reviews of property performance for presentation to senior management.
    • Analyze property operating performance based off historical data and prepare forecast summary of such to be used during budgeting process and ongoing asset performance evaluation.
    • Evaluate properties within the context future economic conditions and structure exit scenarios based on assumed market trends and their associated valuations.
    • Assist the Acquisitions and Development team with reporting to development partners, collateral parties, third party vendors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Assist in preparation of compilation, review, or audit packages for auditors annually.
    • Assist with client reporting, investor communications and presentation preparation.
