If you have experience in public audit and enjoy working with technology systems, then we have a great job for you. We’re helping a large, well known company fill an IT Auditor role. This position will join a great team of four staff and help the organization with a wide range of system testing, development, controls, reporting and other special projects with their various databases and systems. This role is currently a 100% REMOTE position but will need to have some onsite functions in the near future (probably in 2021).

Functions

  • Recent knowledge of testing and auditing IT functions and systems
  • IT system security, database management, application controls and system planning
  • Analyze system results and data to provide precise audit system reporting
  • Compliance and internal controls for data processing systems and applications
  • Review and analyze sensitive and confidential information
  • Construct work papers to summarize project findings and suggestions
  • Help to develop audit planning and programs to achieve audit objectives
  • Other audit related projects as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information or Computer Science
  • 3+ years prior public audit experience - Big 4 highly preferred
  • PMP or CISA certification or currently pursuing preferred
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently as needed
  • Strong project management abilities to meet deadlines
