A successful St. Louis based company is hiring a Credit Supervisor/Leasing Lead on their team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the credit process, credit approval and lease administration process for the company.  This company provides a friendly and team oriented culture.  You will supervise three employees.

 

Responsibilities:

Credit Analysis 20%

Lease Set up, maintenance 35%

Lease setup, maintenance for newly acquired lease 5%

Account work up, refinances, reconciliations 30%

Process improvement research, management reporting development and training 10%

Training and hiring of new lease administrators

Monthly Reporting

Audit and reconcile already established leases to ensure that customers are being accurately billed and the appropriate information has been entered into the system

Maintain Lease Database by entering new leases, updating existing leases and deleting upgraded/closed leases

Input data, setup, and reconcile leases from newly acquired lease portfolios and ensure the accuracy of the data after in the system

Assess already established leases for collection issues in order to decide if additional credit checks will be necessary

Maintain rate charts in house as well as promotional rates provided by leasing partners

Assess leasing programs, procedures, and documents to ensure they are current and accurate

Answer questions regarding leasing from internal/external customers and provide feedback to management on such issues

Independently evaluate and resolve complex leasing problems such as customer billing issues with regard to leasing

Research leasing laws related to taxation (i.e.- FASB) and suggest to management appropriate training programs

Develop relationships with leasing partners as well as billing teams and sales representatives to process orders

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree is Preferred but Not Required

Five or more years’ experience in credit analysis or equipment leasing is needed

Equipment Leasing experience is highly preferred

Ability to lead a team

Highly prefer leadership experience
