Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle pipeline of assigned loans and responsible to collect, prepare, and analyze all documentation for the loan process
  • Review all related tax returns, financial information (income, assets, and liabilities), and VOE’s related to loans
  • Research all related data pertaining to credit status for loan applicants
  • Manage loan documentation in Encompass software and use DU and LP
  • Ensure loan is ready for verification and underwriting
  • Establish long term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer services
  • Ensure all loans and individuals comply with regulations and law requirements
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 1 year of processing experience
  • Experience with Residential Loans
  • Experience with VOE’s
  • Encompass Software preferred
  • Team Oriented
