What you will do:

  • Responsible for the consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements (Income Statement / P&L) including consolidation entries, account analyses and preparation of supporting schedules
  • Analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet, income statement and cash flow submissions including account reconciliations and variance analyses
  • Review of quarterly financial reporting packages.
  • Take ownership of the consolidation framework including maintaining integrity of the chart of accounts and related mapping between general ledger and corresponding accounts.
  • Collaborate with the tax department on any legal entity restructuring activities (transfers, liquidations and mergers) and issue the appropriate US GAAP
  • Provide accounting guidance to impacted subsidiaries
  • Support and assist with business acquisition integration including providing accounting guidance and system reporting requirements. 
What you will need:
  • 5+ years of combined public and private accounting experience; SEC experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • Strong technical skills including knowledge of U.S. GAAP and understanding of financial statement mechanics.
  • Hands on experience with Cognos TM1 software
